My Favorite Diet Recipies

The Cabbage Soup Diet. 
I know diets don't work, but sometimes i need to just shake 10lbs rather quickly.  I use this diet to jump start my metabolism.   Although the diet is only for seven days (and shouldn't be adhered to for longer), it provides a great "kick-start" for a more moderate diet.
